Please read the information carefully before registering, if you have any questions please get in touch 902-532-7069, admin@arcac.ca.
Need help with the form?
We require that all artists register using this application process. Call us or visit ARTSPLACE and we’ll be happy to assist.

What’s Different?
- Silent auction:
There will be no Legion venue. All artwork will go into an online auction.
- Artist location:
Choose to participate in-town/outdoor or at-home/studio.
- Limited spots in both categories:
50 in-town / 30 at-home - These numbers are based on logistical considerations
- In-town/outdoor artists:
You will be creating artwork outdoors in the town just like past events, your art will be dropped off at ARTSPLACE (table display, not a formal exhibition) for public viewing
- At-home/studio artists:
You will share your process and artwork online though social media.
- Artwork size limit:
Due to the new format, artwork must be small + shippable (for reference, to fit Canada Post XS–M box and this applies to 2D and 3D work)
- Artwork production limit:
Create 1 to 3 works over the weekend for auction
PLUS: Option for all artists to include 1 extra studio piece in the auction at a "buy-it-now" - These will be viewable online pre-event.
Mailing Sold Artwork
In-town/outdoor artists:
- Drop your finished pieces at ARTSPLACE over the weekend, ARTSPLACE will arrange collection/mail sold artwork. Artists will be responsible for collecting unsold art after the event.
At-home/studio artists:
- You will be responsible for shipping sold auction artwork, ARTSPLACE will reimburse up to a maximum amount (see note about size limits).
All artists:
