Important Reminders for Parents and Athletes 1. Practice Attendance: Attendance is mandatory for all practices unless excused for legitimate reasons (e.g., illness or family emergency). Athletes must inform the group lead coach of absences before practice. Athletes must maintain at least an 85% attendance rate for practices. Falling below this threshold without valid justification will result in a mandatory parent consultation. 2. Competitions: Athletes are expected to attend all scheduled meets. Missing meets without a valid excuse will affect participation. 3. Payments: Ensure that all fees are paid on time to avoid any disruption to the athlete’s participation in practices or competitions. Contact the administrative coordinator if there are any issues with payments. If you have any questions regarding the practice, competition, or payment schedule, please contact the Program Director or the administrative coordinator.
