Media Consent
I hereby grant to Carpe Diem Music Group, iLLUME FILMS, TORead and the Richard Charles Lee Canada-Hong Kong Library ("the Organizer") the right to record, film, photograph, audio record, or video record my image, work, and/or performance (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Works”) and to display, publish, or distribute these Works.
This grant includes, without limitation, the right to publish these Works for use in connection with the activities of the Organizer for promoting, publicizing, or explaining the Organizer or its activities as determined by the Organizer. These Works may appear in any of the wide variety of formats and media, including, but not limited to: printed publications, advertisements, websites, social media sites, podcasts, television, radio, and other future communications channels.
I hereby waive any right to approve the use of these Works now or in the future, whether the use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to any royalties related to the use of these Works. I understand that the Works may appear in electronic form on the internet or in other publications outside of the Organizer’s control. I agree that I will not hold the Organizer responsible for any harm that may arise from such unauthorized reproduction.
I have the rights to change my will during the workshop.
