Readiness to Proceed
Who owns the property where the project will be located.
Describe and upload evidence of site control and any required permits. This can include a Recorded Deed, Title Policy, Property Tax Records, Land Records/Public Record Recording, Mortgage/Deed of Trust, or letter of agreement/permission from owner to complete the project on the site.
If your organization does not own the site or have permission and/or permits to implement the project on the site, please indicate the steps you are taking to secure permission and/or permits and when you expect to secure permission and/or permits.
If the project involves construction or renovations on a government-owned property, please describe and upload written evidence of permission and any required permits from the appropriate government agency to complete the project. If you do not have permission and/or permits, please indicate the steps you are taking to secure permission and/or required permits and when you expected to have secured them.
Will you be able to draw down 50% of the award within one year and 100% within two years?

9. Grant award letters or commitment letters for other project funding. (If applicable)

I SUBMIT THAT THE INFORMATION PROVIDED IN THIS APPLICATION IS ACCURATE AND THAT ALL FUNDING WILL BE USED FOR THE PROGRAM DESCRIBED IN THIS APPLICATION. I UNDERSTAND THAT I MAY BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTATION OR MAKE PROJECT/PROGRAM ALTERATIONS IF REQUESTED AND THAT I WILL NEED TO RESPOND TO THIS REQUEST NO LATER THAN A WEEK AFTER THE REQUEST.

I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT IF THE GRANT IS AWARDED, A SIX MONTH REPORT AND A FINAL 12-MONTH REPORT ARE REQUIRED AND THAT THESE REPORTS MUST INCLUDE PROJECT OUTCOMES AND EXPENDITURES.

FINALLY, I UNDERSTAND THAT IF THE FUNDS ARE NOT EXPENDED ON THE PROJECT WITHIN ONE YEAR (12 MONTHS) OF EXECUTION OF THE GRANT AGREEMENT, AND NO EXTENSION IS REQUESTED, THESE FUNDS MUST BE RETURNED TO NWBP.
