  • Welcome to the SHPE 2026 NILA Registration and Membership Support form. Use this form to report registration issues so we can assist you quickly. Be sure to review the notes below first, as they may answer your question.

  • Registration Policies

    All event attendees agree to comply with all event policies. Registration fees are based on your membership status at the time of registration. Once payment is completed, refunds cannot be issued due to changes in membership status, including membership type updates.

    Before registering, please confirm the following:

    • You are using the same email address associated with your SHPE membership account.
    • Your membership type is correct in the membership portal.
    • Your membership is active or renewed for the current year.
    • The displayed registration rate is correct before submitting payment.
  • Cancellation & Refund Policy:

    Due to the registration timeline and pricing, CCLP registrations are not eligible for refunds. Cancellation requests must be submitted by June 5, 2026.

    Cancellation with refund requests must be submitted in writing for Presidents Summit (30 days prior to event) July 8, 2026 and will only be accepted via this form.

    There are NO REFUNDS for orders/purchases under $75.

    • Refund requests received a minimum of 30 days before the first day of the event will receive a 75% refund.
    • Requests submitted less than 30 days before the first day of the event will not be refunded. Instead, the funds will only be eligible to be transferred to another individual or you can elect to donate to SHPE. 

    There are NO REFUNDS for bulk regisatration commitment orders even if needing to lessen the ticket quantity. 

     

    Transferring Your Registration:

    You may transfer your registration to another member within your chapter and is only permissible between same membership types. For example, transferring from an undergraduate to a professional registration is not allowed, but an undergrad to an undergrad is allowed. Verification of memberships will occur prior to the transfer.

    Only paid registrations are eligible for transfer, up to the amount originally paid. Sponsored and complimentary registrations are not eligible for transfer.
