In July AOM is launching a Teaching Community that will provide cross-disciplinary support for teaching innovation, professional development, networking, and resource sharing for all members. The volunteer-led community will collaborate with DIGs to amplify, promote, and align with DIG-led teaching initiatives.
A central feature of the community will be a continuously growing Teaching Resource Library with curated teaching tools and content. Surveys with AOM members indicate that the teaching tools that members most value are:
- interactive exercises (85%)
- case studies (61%)
- multimedia content (48%)
- syllabi and course design (29%)
- data sets (25%)
If you have a teaching tool that you created that you would like to be featured in the resource library, please share it below!
Thank you for sharing your innovation with the AOM community and enhancing the teaching of management and organizational science!
