POLICIES & PROCEDURES
REGISTRATION IS ANNUAL Sept’-Jun’

Monthly tuition is based on a 35-week year (September-June). AAS is closed on most school calendar holidays/recesses. The average lessons per month are 4. In the long months, it will be 5 lessons and in the short months, it will be 3 lessons. The tuition is the same each month
ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE

A Non-Refundable Registration fee per child is due upon enrollment.
TUITION

All payments are processed by pre-authorized CREDIT CARDS (NEW: CC TRANSACTIONS SUBJECT TO 3.7% Surcharge) or ZELLE: info@allaboutspanish.org /CHECKS/CASH on the 1st week of the month.Tuition is NEVER PRO-RATED or REDUCED for ABSENCES, SICKNESS, VACATIONS and program closings due to INCLEMENT WEATHER. The undersigned parent or guardian accepts responsibility for all tuition payments for the school year. Tuition will be PRO-RATED for New students who start a later date.
TUITION DISCOUNT

Only one per child & can not be combined with any other offer.Sibling Discount: 2nd child 10% off lesser tuition, 3rd child 15% off lesser tuition and 4th child 20% off lesser tuition. Police/Fire/Military Discount: $50 off tuition. Early Bird Discount: $50 off tuition for students enrolled by 05/31/26. Total Payment Discount: 3% discount for accounts paid in full by 08/01/26 (cash or check only.)
DISCONTINUING LESSONS

This policy is requirement for enrollment to our program.
A class space is reserved for each student for 35 classes.
If a student discontinues, there will be a CHARGE for classes ATTENDED or UNATTENDED up to 28 days AFTER a withdrawal notification is given to AAS indicating date of notice and the last date the student will attend our program.
Please note that “28-days” represents 4 weeks tuition.
Withdrawing during the first week of the school year will be eligible for the monthly refund, except our non-refundable registration fee.
If the student withdraws after the first week of the school year, the monthly fees will not be refunded.

CLASSROOM REQUIREMENTS

Group In-Person Classes Only: Our program is NOT RESPONSIBLE for before and after care of students. Please DO NOT drop off students EARLY or leave children UNATTENDED. For the safety and general welfare of all students, ALL ABOUT SPANISH reserves the unrestricted right to remove a student whose conduct or influence, in the opinion of the director, is inimical to the best interest of the program. Parents, legal guardians of minors, students and adult students waive the right to any legal action for any injury sustained on AAS property resulting from normal activity or any other activity conducted by the students or their siblings before, during, or after lesson time.

All About Spanish is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any damage done to vehicles. Should a child suffer an injury or illness while in the care of All About Spanish, and the program cannot reach a parent/caregiver by phone immediately, All About Spanish has permission to secure medical attention and care for the student as may be necessary.
