This policy helps us manage the event capacity and ensure a smooth experience for all participants. All sponsors must confirm the use of their race entries by October 1st.Any unconfirmed entries by this date will be released to accommodate other participants. Deadline for Sponsor Logos: All sponsorships that include logo on the race shirt must be committed no later than October 1st. No logos or names will be added after this date.
