Thank you for your interest in participating in this Downtown Westfield public art initiative. We are inviting artists to submit original artwork for consideration to be displayed as part of an upcoming banner program in the downtown district.
Submission Period:
Submissions will be accepted from April 24 through June 5. Late submissions may not be considered.
Guidelines:
- Artists may submit up to two (2) pieces per submission form
- If you wish to submit additional artwork, please complete a separate form for each entry
- All work must be original and created by the submitting artist
- AI-generated or heavily AI-assisted artwork will not be accepted
- Artwork must not include copyrighted, trademarked, or licensed material unless the artist has full rights and permission
- Artwork should be appropriate for public display and suitable for all audiences
- Final selected designs may be adjusted for formatting to fit banner specifications
Artwork Specifications:
- High-resolution file (JPG or PNG)
- Banner Size: 28” X 72”
- Minimum 300 DPI recommended
- Vertical composition preferred to align with banner format
- Artwork should be adaptable to standard banner dimensions (final sizing will be handled by the DWC team)
