These awards will be judged based on the overall appeal, planning and design, construction technology, and overall value for cost.

2. Home/Building Key Features & Benefits – Please include any advanced/innovative technical features, unique design features, how the design meets key desired activities and incorporated environmental considerations/ advantages (such as windows, appliances, lighting, heating etc)
