Pony Express Days Volunteer Interest Form

Pony Express Days will be back in 2026 and will draw thousands of local residents to Pierson Park for this community-loved event. Your time volunteering will allow us to continue this amazing community building event.

Volunteer opportunities:

Chili Cook Off- Thursday, June 4 @ Pierson Park
- 5-7:15 PM, Final set-up, ticket sales, beer sales
- 7-9 PM, Clean up

Festival- Saturday, June 6 @ Pierson Park
- 7-9 AM - Park Set Up
- 11:30 AM -1:30 PM - Checking in with vendors, park cleanup
- 3-5 PM - Clean Up, vendor check out

Parade- Saturday, June 6
8-10 AM - Parade check-in @ High School
10 AM - 12 PM- Judge Check In and coordination
4-5 PM - Sponsor Banner Removal, clean up walk on Central Ave
