● The committee reserves the right to accept or reject certain content.

● There is no rain delay or cancellation for this festival so please plan accordingly with tents. No refunds. ● 10 x 10 Outdoor Booth size. Booths MUST be weighed down.

● Food vendors need to obtain a food permit and insurance per county policy. Provide copies with payment. ● I understand that I will be held responsible for my own booth space, garbage, and cleanup.

● ABSOLUTELY no packing up early or vehicles on the grounds during event hours.

I agree to the terms and conditions as stated above. I further agree to hold harmless Pacific Events District and all of their agents assisting with the event, sponsors and their representatives, volunteers and employees for any and all injuries to all personnel in my booth or my personal property. This release includes all injuries and/or damages suffered by me before, during or after the event. I recognize, intend and understand that this release is binding on my heirs, executors, administrators, or assignees.
