Vendor Registration Form

Welcome to PED's first Holiday Market this year hosted by Wild Man Brewing. Please join us along Duryea St between 2nd St and 3rd St. The event with start at 5pm and go until the crowd leaves but no later than 8pm. We will have live music and Wild Man will be open to draw the crowds in before and after the Parade on 3rd. The parade will start at 6. We are planning on having our large event tents set up on Duryea as well as many space heaters spread down the street to keep everyone warm. We are going to keep the event free to vendors, however we would be very appreciative of a donation of $10 - $20 to help offest the costs associated with organizing and putting on the event.

Set up will start at 2pm and your spot will be handed out when you arrive. Thank you again for joining us for the first holiday night market. 

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

● The committee reserves the right to accept or reject certain content. 

● There is no rain delay or cancellation for this festival so please plan accordingly with tents. No refunds. ● 10 x 10 Outdoor Booth size. Booths MUST be weighed down. 

● Food vendors need to obtain a food permit and insurance per county policy. Provide copies with payment. ● I understand that I will be held responsible for my own booth space, garbage, and cleanup. 

● ABSOLUTELY no packing up early or vehicles on the grounds during event hours. 

I agree to the terms and conditions as stated above. I further agree to hold harmless Pacific Events District and all of their agents assisting with the event, sponsors and their representatives, volunteers and employees for any and all injuries to all personnel in my booth or my personal property. This release includes all injuries and/or damages suffered by me before, during or after the event. I recognize, intend and understand that this release is binding on my heirs, executors, administrators, or assignees.
