2026 Nuclear Policy Certificate Program Application
Applicants should submit a current resume and a cover letter (no longer than two pages). The cover letter should explain the applicant’s interest in the seminars and how the seminars would help them do their jobs. Applications for the Fall 2026 session of the NPEC Nuclear Policy Certificate Course must be submitted by July 17th, 2026, for early decision, and by August 21st, 2026, for regular decision. Only complete applications will be considered.

NPEC is currently inviting college and university students to apply for its Student Certificate program. This is an opportunity to engage with space policy at a professional level and learn alongside experts currently working in the field. The Student Certificate is distinct from the Professional Certificate, which is offered to full-time U.S. government employees, military service members, friendly embassy staff, and journalists.
