Nova (6-8 graders) and Aurora (9-12 graders) are Cantare's advanced community based choirs for students who love to sing and are interested in learning advanced music. We have fun, but work hard and these groups require a consistent commitment.
Please fill out this form and you will receive a form to schedule a short interview/voice placement with Director Julie Haydon. The interview will give you a chance to hear more about our program and ask any questions you have about the program or what to expect.
The voice placement will be a chance for our Director to hear what kind of musical experience you may already have and determine what voice part will fit you best. You can prepare a short excerpt from any song that you love from any style, or sing something like Happy Birthday.
Aurora rehearses Tuesdays 4:45 pm-6:30 pm
Nova rehearses Wednesdays 4- 5:45 pm
