A deposit of $5000.00 per person is required to complete booking the reservation. We will contact you with follow up e-mail with instructions for making your deposit. Note that your spot is NOT secured until your deposit is received and all requests are taken on a first come, first served basis.

A current passport valid for at least 6 months after entry is required.

Travel insurance is required for entry into the Galapagos.

PLEASE do NOT submit this form unless you are 100% ready to book and put your deposit down.

Cancellation Policy

Galapagos 2028 Workshop. A 50% refund of the deposit fee (per person) will be returned if written notice of cancellation is received by Backcountry Gallery LLC at least 120 days prior to scheduled arrival. No refund any monies for "no show" or cancellations received less than 120 days prior to arrival. All refunds will be issued via bank check, no refunds will be issued via credit card.
