  • Does your child recognize actions in pictures?*
  • Can your child name a variety of objects in pictures (like dog, ball, cup)?*
  • Can your child answer simple 'what' and 'where' questions when asked?*
  • Does your child produce a variety of 3-5 word sentences? (For Example: I want a big ball. Can we go outside? I found my red bear.)*
  • When there is more than one item, does your child talk about it correctly (for example, saying ā€˜cars’ instead of ā€˜car’)?*
  • Is your child’s speech understandable to familiar people at least 75% of the time?*
  • Can your child correctly produce at least 6 of these sounds within words (p, b, m, h, d, t, k, g, f) ?*
