Instructions for competeing your VULNERABLE REFERENCE CHECK (VSC)

1. Print this page and take with you to your local RCMP station, along with two pieces of government issued ID (one must be photo ID)

2. Ask the Desk Agent when the VSC will be ready for pickup.

3. Scan (or take a clear photo) of your completed VSC and send to registrar@samha.ca

DO NOT drop off a paper copy of your VSC at the SAMHA Office.
