Skilled Trades Certification Program Terms & Conditions
This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for participation in the Skilled Trades Certification Program offered by Carib Student. By enrolling in this program, you (the "Candidate") agree to the following:
1. Program Scope & Red Seal Certification
I understand that the Skilled Trades Certification Program is designed to provide regulatory guidance, Red Seal certification support, and immigration assistance through a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC). I acknowledge that Carib Student provides support services and does not guarantee employment or the issuance of a license by provincial regulatory bodies.
2. Fee Structure & Refund Policy
- Staged Payments: I understand that all fees for this program are paid in stages to facilitate the certification process.
- Non-Refundable Policy: I agree that each payment made toward this program is strictly non-refundable. These fees cover administrative costs, immigration processing, and study abroad coordination.
- Withdrawal: If I choose to withdraw from the program at any stage, all program fees paid to date are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. Candidate Responsibilities & Eligibility
- Requirement Verification: It is the sole responsibility of the Candidate to ensure they meet the specific trade requirements, work experience hours, and educational criteria for the Red Seal or provincial certification before applying.
- Accreditation: I understand it is my duty to verify that my prior training and credentials are from accredited institutions. Carib Student is not liable for credentials deemed "not up to standard" by Canadian provincial trade boards or assessment agencies.
4. Payment Deadlines & Program Continuity
Candidates must adhere strictly to the payment schedule provided. Failure to meet payment deadlines on time will result in delays in the certification process. Carib Student reserves the right to suspend or cancel program participation if payments are not made within the specified timeframes.
5. Additional Third-Party Fees
I understand that there are additional fees not included in the program fee, including but not limited to:
- Trade Examination Fees.
- Immigration Fees.
- Language Proficiency Tests (IELTS/CELPIP).
- Provincial Licensing or Registration Fees.
I acknowledge that Carib Student has no control over the terms, conditions, or price increases of these third-party fees.
6. Communication & Deadlines
I am responsible for meeting all submission deadlines set by Carib Student or the RCIC. Failure to provide required documentation or a lack of communication (without a written request for an extension) may result in the cancellation of my program without a refund.
7. Authorization for Release of Information
I authorize Carib Student to disclose my educational records and personal information to designated Agents, RCIC partners, and relevant Canadian regulatory bodies for the purpose of my application.
8. Contact Information
I agree to maintain active and accurate contact information (address, email, and phone number) with Carib Student for the duration of my program journey to ensure I receive critical updates.
9. Entire Agreement & Modification
This Agreement represents the complete understanding between the Candidate and Carib Student regarding the Skilled Trades Certification Program. It supersedes any previous oral or written agreements. This agreement cannot be amended without written concurrence from both parties.
10. Acknowledgment of Rights
I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO CONSULT WITH COUNSEL OF MY CHOICE PRIOR TO AGREEING TO THESE TERMS. I UNDERSTAND THAT BY SIGNING/AGREEING, I AM GIVING UP SUBSTANTIAL LEGAL RIGHTS I MIGHT OTHERWISE HAVE, AND I DO SO KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY.
