  • SECTION 1: PROGRAM OVERVIEW

  • Voyagers Universe is a youth creator education program for ages 8-14 operated by MG9 Group LLC in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. The program offers hands-on, project-based education in digital content creation, drone technology, creative arts, and sports content production. Our mission is to empower young people to become independent creators, innovators, and digital entrepreneurs — building portfolios and channels they OWN.

    • Sibling Discount: 15% off tuition for each additional child enrolled
    • Multi-Track Discount: 10% off tuition for each additional track per student
    • Homeschool Family Bundle: 20% off tuition for homeschool/cyber school families enrolling in 2+ tracks
    • Early Bird Registration: 10% off first semester tuition when enrolled before the early bird deadline
    • Referral Credit: $25 tuition credit per enrolled referral
    • Returning Student Re-Enrollment Credit: $25 credit for returning students
  • 3.4 Payment Options

    • Monthly Auto-Pay: Tuition charged on the 1st of each month via credit/debit card or ACH
    • Semester Lump Sum: 5% discount when full semester tuition is paid in advance
    • Annual Prepay: 10% discount when full annual tuition is paid in advance
  • 3.5 Late Payment Policy

  • Tuition not received by the 5th of the month incurs a $15 late fee. Accounts more than 30 days past due may result in suspension from sessions until the balance is resolved. Accounts more than 60 days past due may result in removal from the program.
  • 3.6 Refund Policy

    • Registration fees are non-refundable.
    • Tuition paid for the current month is non-refundable after the 5th of the month.
    • Semester and annual prepayments: Refunds are prorated based on weeks attended, minus a $50 administrative fee.
    • Equipment deposits are refunded in full at the end of enrollment provided no equipment damage has occurred, less the cost of any repairs.
    • No tuition refund is issued for removal due to conduct violations.
  • SECTION 4: CONTENT OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

    All original content created by your child during the program belongs to YOUR CHILD.

    This is what makes Voyagers Universe different. We teach kids to build — and they keep what they build.

  • 4.1 Student Content Ownership

  • Voyagers Universe operates on an ownership-first philosophy. All original content created by the Student during program sessions — including but not limited to videos, photographs, audio recordings, podcast episodes, YouTube channel content, written scripts, character designs, world-building documents, illustrations, and digital portfolios — is and shall remain the intellectual property of the Student and their Parent/Guardian.
  • 4.2 What This Means

    • Videos filmed and edited by the Student belong to the Student
    • YouTube channels created during the program are owned and controlled by the Parent/Guardian (for students under 13) or the Student (ages 13+)
    • Original characters, fictional worlds, storylines, and creative IP designed by the Student belong to the Student
    • Drone footage and aerial photography captured by the Student belong to the Student
    • Podcast episodes produced by the Student belong to the Student
    • Digital portfolios compiled during the program belong to the Student
  • 4.3 Program License

  • By enrolling, Parent grants Voyagers Universe a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use Student-created content solely for the following purposes:
    • Program promotion and marketing (website, social media, print materials)
    • Showcase events and exhibitions
    • Portfolio demonstrations to prospective families and partners
    • Internal training and curriculum development
  • This license may be revoked at any time by providing written notice to the Program Director. High-profile commercial uses (paid advertising featuring Student work) require separate written consent.
  • 4.4 Voyagers Universe Intellectual Property

  • The Voyagers Universe name, logo, brand marks, curriculum materials, proprietary teaching methods, assessment tools, and program structure are the intellectual property of MG9 Group LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used outside the program without written permission.
  • SECTION 5: COPPA COMPLIANCE AND ONLINE SAFETY

  • 5.1 Children's Online Privacy Protection

  • Voyagers Universe complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). For students under 13 years of age:
    • No personal information will be collected, stored, or shared online without verifiable parental consent
    • YouTube channels and online accounts are created and managed by the Parent/Guardian, not the Student
    • Content published to any online platform requires Parent/Guardian review and approval before posting
    • Students under 13 do not independently access or manage social media accounts during program sessions
  • 5.2 Platform Safety

    • All online platforms used during sessions are reviewed for age-appropriateness and safety
    • Students are taught safe online practices including privacy settings, responsible commenting, and digital citizenship
    • No student is permitted to share personal identifying information (home address, school name, phone number) in any published content
    • All online publishing activities are supervised by program staff
  • 5.3 Parent/Guardian Responsibility

  • Parent/Guardian acknowledges that any YouTube channel, podcast, or online content platform created as part of the program requires ongoing parental oversight outside of program sessions. Voyagers Universe provides education and supervised creation time but is not responsible for content posted by students outside of program activities.
  • SECTION 6: MEDIA RELEASE AND

  • CONSENT

  • 6.1 Photography and Video

  • By signing this Agreement, Parent/Guardian grants Voyagers Universe / MG9 Group LLC permission to photograph and video record the Student during program sessions, events, and showcases for the following purposes:
    • Program documentation and records
    • Marketing materials (website, social media, print)
    • Press and media coverage
    • Sponsor reports and presentations
  • 6.2 Opt-Out

  • Parent/Guardian may opt out of media release at any time by submitting written notice to the Program Director. Opting out will not affect the Student's participation in the program. Students who have opted out will be excluded from photographs and video used in public-facing materials.
  • 6.3 Student Work Display

  • Student projects, portfolios, and creative work may be displayed at showcase events, on the program website, and in promotional materials unless Parent/Guardian opts out in writing.

  • SECTION 7: ATTENDANCE ANDPARTICIPATION

  • 7.1 Attendance Expectations

  • Consistent attendance is essential for skill development and collaborative project work. A minimum attendance rate of 85% is required to remain in good standing and receive end-of-semester portfolio certification.
  • 7.2 Absence Notification

  • Parents must notify the program at least 2 hours before a scheduled session via email or parent portal. Absences due to illness, family emergency, or school obligations are considered excused with timely notification.
  • 7.3 Make-Up Sessions

  • Students who miss a session may attend a designated open lab make-up session within two weeks of the missed session, subject to availability. Maximum of two make-up sessions per semester.
  • 7.4 Tardiness

  • Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time. Students arriving more than 10 minutes late are marked tardy. Three unexcused tardies in a semester equal one unexcused absence.
  • 7.5 Pick-Up

    • Students must be picked up within 15 minutes of session end
    • Only individuals on the authorized pick-up list may collect a student; photo ID required
    • Late pick-up (beyond 15 minutes) incurs a $10 fee per occurrence after the first instance
    • Students age 14+ may self-dismiss with written Parent/Guardian authorization on file
