We are looking for an experienced Store Manager who genuinely love connecting with people, take pride in creating beautiful spaces, and are excited to represent local, growing brands. If you are someone who possesses strong leadership skills, excels at managing a team to drive sales, builds community, and maintains high operational standards, we would love to meet you.
Job Duties
Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales associates to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales goals
Monitor inventory levels, coordinate restocks, and oversee merchandising
Manage staffing including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
Ensure compliance with all company policies
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues that arise
Communicate regularly with store owners regarding store operations
Promote and foster a community within staff members
Skills Needed
Proven retail management experience
Strong leadership and team development skills
Organizational and multitasking skills
Proficient in Shopify POS Systems and Google Suite Apps
Exceptional communication skills
Customer service centered mindset
Reliable and dependable
Available for a full time schedule
Enthusiastic about ethical and sustainable fashion and empowering women.
Must live on O'ahu and have the ability to commute to Honolulu
