All custom orders are shipped directly to you, no local pickup at this time. All prices are final, shipping and handling is $8 plus tax. Shipping to U.S customers only at this time. Please double-check your size, color choices, and shipping details before submitting, as all pieces are handmade and crafted specifically for you. Turnaround times may vary depending availability on RTS(ready to ship) or order volume, typically 3-4 weeks to create. Additional 3-4 business days for shipping. Quality always comes first! Turn around times for whole sales is 1 month. DEPOSIT OF 50% is REQUIRED to begin wholesale/ custom bulk order. Absolutely no refunds on custom orders. If the items arrive damaged any way, photo proof will be required to get a refund. If lost in transit you may request a new order or a 50% refund, again proof is required to get any type of refund.
