  • Reservation & Payment

    • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the reservation once availability is confirmed.
    • The remaining balance must be paid 2 weeks prior to the event date.
    • You will be contact for payment method options.

    Security Deposit
    A $500 security deposit is required and will be refunded after the event, less damages or additional charges.

    Use of Premises
    The premises may only be used for the agreed purpose.

              • Catering & Vendors

              • Will you be using an outside caterer?*
                • All caterers must be approved by CNJ Events.
                • Outside catering is permitted only with approval and subject to an $800 fee.
                • All caterers & vendors must:
                  • Pay a $500 refundable deposit to cover any possible damages.
                  • Provide valid insurance prior to the event
                  • Be approved by the venue
                • Caterers are responsible for:
                  • Cleaning all kitchen and prep areas
                  • Sweeping and mopping used spaces
                  • Removing all equipment after the event
                • Caterers may be required to provide a separate security deposit.

                KOSHER REQUIREMENTS

                • All food and catering must comply with venue kosher standards.
                • All catering must be under approved Hashgacha.
                • Requirements include:

                  • Pas Yisroel
