A USTA League Team Confirmation & Agreement form is required for all USTA League teams. Captains need to complete the required information listed below and sign the form. Without a complete signed form the team will not be included in the match schedule.
DEADLINE to confirm your team: This completed form is due by 5 pm on June 26, 2026.
This is a One-Weekend League (OWL): Your league coordinator will work with the host facility to secure courts and create the league schedule. Captains do NOT need to schedule their own matches for an OWL. The host club may assess court fees.
- League Season: July 24-26 (OWL)
- Location: Eugene Swim & Tennis Club, Eugene OR
- Minimum Roster*: 6 players must be registered on your team by July 3
- Schedule Published: in TennisLink by July 10
- Sectionals: will be September 18-20 in Yakima, WA
A team number will be sent to the Team Captain within 5 business days. If you are the first team to register for your level, you will receive your team number after the second team has registered. A MIXED 40 & Over team cannot advance to Sectionals without local league play. As registration fees cannot be refunded, this prevents players ending up with a credit if a second team does not confirm.
