This application is for vendor space (food & retail) for the June 6, 2026, West Fair & Rodoe Assn. Bull Fest brought to you by Chevy of West.

All previous WFRA Rodeo vendors will be accepted, but we still ask that you fill out this form to ensure we have everyone's information.

Cost for Event: FREE! Yep, you read that right!! No charge, since this event is only for one night & it will be the WFRA's first time hosting it on a separate date from the original rodeo.

All vendors must be set up & ready for business by 6 PM

Tear-down must be completed by 12 PM on Sunday

Space is limited; only a select number of new vendors will be approved.

All vendors are required to provide their own tents, extension cords, display tables, etc.

WFRA does not have insurance requirements.

WFRA does not provide on site security after hours of rodeo. Each vendor is responsible for their own equipment, vehicles, merchandise, etc.
