Purpose of Acknowledgment
This acknowledgement confirms your understanding of the current governance structure of the Creek Booster Club.
Governance Authority
I understand and acknowledge that the Creek Booster Club is governed solely by its Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors have exclusive authority over corporate governance, financial decisions, budgets, policies, programs, and organizational operations.
Booster Club Member Role
As a Booster Club member, my role is supportive and advisory only.
I may participate in approved activities, events, and fundraising efforts and provide feedback or suggestions.
I do not have decision-making authority unless expressly granted in writing by the Board of Directors.
Voting and Member Rights
I understand that my voting rights include:
- Committee decisions
- Member-designated votes approved by the board
- Organizational matters where member input is requested
Final governance authority always remains with the Board of Directors
I understand that Creek Booster Club Members do not have voting rights on:
- Budgets
- Bylaws
- Officer appointments
- Governance matters
Donations, participation, or volunteer service do not grant operational or financial control over the organization.
Advisory Input (Non-Binding)
The Board of Directors may request advisory input or feedback from Booster Club members.
Any such input is non-binding and does not override Board authority.
Interim Agreemement Notice
This acknowledgement applies until formal governance procedures are adopted.
Continued participation may require acknowledgment of future policies or agreements.
Booster Club Member Fee *
The Creek Booster Club offers voluntary membership levels that allow alumni, parents, and community supporters to contribute to the organization. Membership dues support booster club operations and do not provide ownership, financial returns, or affect any student’s participation in school programs.
