hereby affirm that I fully understand and acknowledge that operating or riding in an electric Go Blue Boat — including but not limited to sightseeing, cruising, exploring channels, entering the Lazy River, sandbars, beaches, or participating in any guided or unguided boating activity (hereinafter referred to as "Activities") — involves known and inherent risks, dangers, and hazards. I understand that participation in these Activities, and/or the use of any related equipment, may result in serious injury or death. These injuries may include, but are not limited to:

• physical injuries,
• emotional distress,
• paralysis,
• drowning,
• collisions with objects, boats, sandbars, rocks, marine life, or other participants,
• injuries caused by weather or water conditions,
• loss or damage to personal property or Go Blue Exuma property.

By signing this Agreement, I certify that I am fully aware of and voluntarily assume all risks, both known and unknown, associated with these Activities.

I understand and agree that neither Go Blue Exuma, its owners, staff, guides, agents, nor Dive Exuma (hereinafter referred to as "Released Parties") may be held liable in any way for any personal injury, property damage, wrongful death, or other damages to me, my family, heirs, or assigns that may occur as a result of:

• my participation in these Activities,
• my operation of a Go Blue Boat,
• my presence on or near the water,
• or the negligence of any party, including the Released Parties.

I acknowledge that weather, tides, currents, depth changes, underwater hazards, marine life, and other boaters are outside the control of the Released Parties.

I affirm that:

• I am in good mental and physical condition to safely participate.
• I have no medical conditions that could interfere with my safety.

• I will immediately follow all instructions given by Go Blue Exuma staff or guides.

Life jackets are available upon request, and I accept responsibility for wearing one or declining one.

I agree that:

• I am responsible for any loss or damage to the Go Blue Boat or equipment during my use; up to $2000 for a Single Boat and $3000 for a Double Boat
• I will operate the vessel only in the areas and routes explained to me.
• I will not exceed weight limits or misuse the vessel in any way.

I hereby grant Go Blue Exuma permission to take photographs or video of my participation in these Activities and to use such media for promotional or advertising purposes.

I affirm that I am of lawful age and legally competent to sign this Agreement, or I have obtained written consent from a parent/guardian.

I understand that this is a liability release and assumption of risk agreement, and that by signing it I am waiving certain legal rights. If any portion of this Agreement is found invalid, the remaining portions shall continue to be fully enforceable.

BY SIGNING BELOW, I RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS GO BLUE EXUMA AND DIVE EXUMA FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR DEATH ARISING FROM MY PARTICIPATION IN THESE ACTIVITIES.

I HAVE FULLY INFORMED MYSELF AND MY HEIRS OF THE CONTENTS OF THIS AGREEMENT BY READING IT PRIOR TO SIGNING.
