5 Week Program - $132 (10 sessions - 2 per week)

Enrolment forms must be received at least 48 hours before the commencement of session or program.

Terms and Conditions of Enrolment

General

Please ensure your child arrives on time and waits in the Players’ Lounge for their trainer. This helps sessions start smoothly and gives everyone the most out of their time. Trainers are not responsible for locating late participants.
A completed Pre-Exercise Screening Questionnaire, signed by a parent or guardian, must be provided before your child can participate.
Please let the Health & Fitness Coordinator and/or trainer know about any medical conditions that may affect your child during sessions. In some cases, we may ask for medical clearance to ensure it’s safe for them to take part.
Sessions are not held on public holidays. Fees will be adjusted to reflect this.
The Centre cannot accept responsibility for any injuries that occur before a session begins.
For everyone’s safety, please let the trainer know if someone other than a parent or guardian will be collecting your child.
All participants must wear enclosed athletic shoes and bring a towel when using gym equipment—this is a requirement for participation.

Fees

Fees are not transferable between families.
If your child is unable to continue due to medical reasons, fees may be transferred to a future term with a valid medical certificate.
Payments can be made at reception or over the phone via credit card.

Missed Sessions & Cancellations

Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer make-up sessions for missed classes.
If your child can’t attend a session, please let us know as soon as possible.
Credits or refunds are not available for missed sessions or cancelled bookings once payment has been made.
