Ages: 3 and 4 year olds | 4.15pm to 5:15pm

NOTE - Kits will be provided to all kids around 15 May 2026.
Follow these simple steps :

1. Complete one registration form per child.

2. Make payment as per payment details provided below.

3. Upload an image of your reciept as proof of payment.

4. Once confirmed, you will recieve confirmation of your child's registration.

Note : Spot will not be held unless payment has been confirmed.

By submitting the form, I, the parent/guardian of the registrant, a minor, agree that I and the registrant will abide by the rules of AAFC, its affiliated organizations and sponsors. Recognizing the possibility of physical injury associated with football and in consideration for AAFC, accepting the registrant for its football programs and activities (the "Programs"). I hereby release, discharge and/or otherwise indemnify the AAFC, its affiliated organizations and sponsors, their employees and associated personnel, including the owners of fields and facilities utilized for the Programs, against any claimby or on behalf of the registrant as a result of the registrant's participation in the Programs and/or being transported to or from the same, which transportation I hereby authorize.
