The Youth Agribusiness Leadership Accelerator (YALA) is a one-month leadership lab supported by Kameru Leadership Foundation (KLF). The programme is seeking youth (18–35 years) operating agribusiness product-based enterprises in Kenya. We are seeking founders and decision-makers engaged in agribusiness value chains including: Aquaculture | Apiculture | Vegetables | Fruits | Spices | Herbs | Livestock | Poultry | Dairy | Oilseeds | Cereals | Horticulture | Value Addition | Agro-processing.

YALA is a practical leadership and enterprise acceleration platform, where participants engage with agribusiness challenges to build:
• Leadership identity, judgement, and decision-making capability
• Commercial intelligence and enterprise strategy
• Value addition and quality standards readiness
• Market competitiveness and access pathways
• Scalable and investable agribusiness enterprises
