Attendees fee includes:
- Access to the sessions (seats are first come, first served)
- Access to the exhibition
- Coffee break on 16 November, lunch and coffee breaks on 17 & 18 November
Exhibitor pass does not include access to the sessions and does not include lunch.

Registration for IRF 2026 Annual Conference is not confirmed until full payment has been received.

The participant is responsible for ensuring that the IRF 2026 Annual Conference receives the full registration fee. Bank charges or commissions must be covered by the sender.
An invoice will be sent to participants once the registration is received.

Payment taken directly when registering.
A receipt will be sent to the participants upon request.
Early fees and regular fees apply until midnight CEST/CET on the specified dates.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
- All cancellation requests must be submitted by email to the IRF at events@irfofficial.org.
- Cancellations submitted until 15 July 2026: the registration will be cancelled and the paid amount refunded, minus an administrative fee of CHF 75.
- Cancellations from 16 July to 15 October 2026: the registration will be cancelled, and 50% of the paid amount will be retained as a penalty.
- Cancellations from 16 October 2026 onwards: registration fees are non-refundable.
