  • IRF 2026 Annual Conference will be held in Geneva from 16–18 November 2026 under the theme “The Road Ahead: Trust, Delivery and Innovation”. It will bring together the global road community, uniting decision-makers, industry leaders, international organisations and technical experts at the intersection of policy, practice and innovation.

    Over the three days, the conference will examine some of the most pressing questions facing the road sector today: how to build public trust, how to deliver more resilient, inclusive and financially viable road systems and how to harness innovation to prepare roads for the future.

    You can benefit from the cooperation with the Lufthansa Group airlines (Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Eurowings, Lufthansa and SWISS) and optimise your travel costs. The extensive route network with around 310 destinations worldwide, as well as additional destinations by Air Canada and United Airlines on North Atlantic routes, is available to you.     Exhibitor pass does not include access to the sessions and does not include lunch.

    REGISTRATION & PAYMENT

    Registration for IRF 2026 Annual Conference is not confirmed until full payment has been received.

    The participant is responsible for ensuring that the IRF 2026 Annual Conference receives the full registration fee. Bank charges or commissions must be covered by the sender.

    An invoice will be sent to participants once the registration is received.

    A receipt will be sent to the participants upon request.

    Early fees and regular fees apply until midnight CEST/CET on the specified dates.

    CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

    • All cancellation requests must be submitted by email to the IRF at events@irfofficial.org.
    • Cancellations submitted until 15 July 2026: the registration will be cancelled and the paid amount refunded, minus an administrative fee of CHF 75.
    • Cancellations from 16 July to 15 October 2026: the registration will be cancelled, and 50% of the paid amount will be retained as a penalty.
    • Cancellations from 16 October 2026 onwards: registration fees are non-refundable.
