I acknowledge that horseback riding involves inherent risks, including serious injury, death, or property damage. Horses are unpredictable animals and may react unexpectedly. By participating in horseback riding at Barboursville Park, I voluntarily assume all risks. I agree to release and hold harmless the Village of Barboursville, Barboursville Park, its employees, and affiliates from any liability for injuries or damages. I certify that I am physically able to participate and will follow all park rules. For minors: I agree to these terms on behalf of the participant
