Terms & Conditions / Service Agreement
By booking any service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
💳 Payments & Deposits
All payments are final and non-refundable once work has begun.
A deposit is required to secure your booking and project slot.
Deposits are applied toward the total balance of the project.
For projects under $500, full payment is due upfront.
Work will not begin until payment or deposit has been received.
⏱ Turnaround Time
All projects will be completed within the agreed-upon timeframe stated at the time of payment.
Timelines begin once all required information, content, and payment are received.
Delays in client response or missing materials may affect delivery timelines.
🎨 Revisions & Finalization
Revisions are not unlimited and are based on the selected package.
All revision requests must be clear, consolidated, and submitted in a timely manner.
Once a project is marked as final and delivered, no further edits will be made unless a new service is purchased.
Clients are responsible for ensuring all information, spelling, and design direction is correct before final approval.
📄 Project Responsibility
The client is responsible for providing all necessary content, ideas, and materials needed to complete the project.
All work is created based on the information provided by the client.
Once approved, all designs and content are considered finalized.
📅 Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, a minimum of 7 days’ notice is required.
We understand emergencies may arise; however, communication is required as soon as possible.
Deposits may be forfeited if proper notice is not given.

We value your time and ask that you respect ours in return.
Clear communication is essential for a smooth and successful project experience.
Any unprofessional behavior or lack of communication may result in project cancellation without refund.
