  • 💬 Speech & Language

  • Does your child look toward an object or person when you point to it and name it?*
  • Does your child use at least one meaningful word (like “mama,” “dada,” “ball,” etc.)? *
  • Does your child engage in simple back-and-forth play with you (like rolling a ball or playing peek-a-boo) for about a minute? *
  • Does your child make eye contact with you during play or interaction? *
  • Does your child respond when you say “no” or another simple limit-setting word? *
  • Does your child understand simple words or phrases (like “come here” or “give me”) without needing gestures? *

  • Does your child roll or push a ball forward using their hands? *
  • Does your child try to stop or grab a moving ball using their hands or arms?*
