Health Information: Please note that if your child has an allergy that requires an EpiPen, you must bring that EpiPen each day or your child will not be able to participate.
Photo Permission

The Holy Family Parish photographer or coordinator will be present to take photos or videos of the students for use in program displays, the parish bulletin or website, or other publicity-related publications. These materials will only be used for appropriate purposes and names will not be listed. It will be assumed that you give permission for your child to be photographed or videotaped unless you provide a statement via e-mail to Trisha Zimmerman at trishaz@hffdl.org. She will reply back to verify that your wishes are understood. If you do not receive a response back within 24 hours, she did not receive your e-mail so please try again.

Payment & Financial Aid

The cost of VBS is $30 per child which includes a t-shirt and one cd per family.

Upon submission of your registration you will be redirected to Weshare if you would like to pay the program cost online.

You may also make the payment over the phone by calling 920-921-0580 x101 or mailing/dropping off the payment.

A separate form will need to be filled out to request financial assistance or a payment plan. In order to request this form please contact Sabina Carter at scarter@hffdl.org.
