Customer paying by Cc require 50% deposit in advance, customers paying by wire require a 50% deposit in advance to confirm the reservations. Bookings made during December 25th to Jan 5th Holiday period require a full deposit at the time of booking.

MARINA RULES & REGULATIONS
In an effort to provide an inviting atmosphere coupled with safety and convenience for those visiting or permanently moored in the Marina, the following rules and regulations are provided. Your cooperation in observance of these rules will not only be appreciated but is required.
1. When a Vessel enters The Marina, the owner, crew, and guest must comply with the rules and regulations set therein or as amended from time to time.
2. Only Vessels in good condition and under their own power shall be admitted into the berthing areas. in the event of an emergency during the owner's absence (e.g. break down of the bilge pump, chafed lines, gas or oil leaks, etc.) The Marina is authorized to make necessary repairs as economically as possible which will be paid for by the owner.
3. Pets shall be permitted on Vessels docked in The Marina or on marina property at the discretion of the Director of Marina Operations. At all times pets shall be leashed within the confines of the resort and shall be removed from the premises at any time upon demand. Pets shall be walked only in designated areas and cleaned up immediately by the owner. No marina guest pets allowed to enter Harbourside resort property.
4. Vessels leaving for an extended cruise will notify the Dock Master's Office. The Marina reserves the right to rent all docks when vacant. Transients will move for Vessels on contract if they return unexpectedly.
5. Refuse and garbage shall not be thrown overboard and shall be deposited in cans supplied for that purpose. All garbage and trash must be bagged. No persons shall discharge toilet waste, oil, fuel, spirits, inflammable or oily substances into or near The Marina. Charcoal or gas fires will not be permitted on the docks. Pump-out facilities are in place and are to be used for their intended purpose. Any Vessel discharging holding tanks in The Marina will be asked to leave immediately. Excess garbage not generated while at The Marina will be subject to a garbage disposal charge
6. Noise shall be kept to a minimum at all times. Owners shall use discretion in operating engines, generators, radios, and TVs so as not to create a nuisance or disturbance. No loud music shall be played early morning or after 10:00pm at night.

7. Owners shall not store supplies, materials, chairs, refrigerators/freezers, bikes, accessories, or debris on any walkways or docks and shall not construct there on any lockers/chests, cabinets, or similar structures except with written consent of the Director of Marina Operations, which consent may be revoked at any time for any reason. Each slip is provided with one refuse container. No additional storage boxes are authorized. Painting, scraping, or repairing gear shall not be permitted on the docks or piers. No exterior spray painting of any kind will be allowed in The Marina. No power tools will be used on the outside of the Vessel. The extent of repairs or maintenance made in The Marina shall be at the discretion of the Director of Marina Operations.
8. Advertising or soliciting shall not be permitted on any Vessel in The Marina.
9. Swimming, diving, and fishing shall not be permitted from the docks or within the yacht basin.
10. Subleasing of Vessel slips and transfer of Vessels from one slip to another are prohibited without the express written consent of The Marina management.
11. The resort reserves the right to limit and govern parking spaces within The Marina parking lot.
12. Employees of The Marina starting or operating Vessels at the request of the owner or their agents shall be considered to be acting as an agent of the Vessel owner. The Marina assumes no liability or responsibility for the action of its employees or any loss or damage to any property resulting thereof. the Marina at Atlantis employees are not allowed to accept gratuities for any reason until after services are rendered and gratuities are never required. If our guests have a positive service experience that exceeds their expectations gratuities will be happily accepted.
13. Laundry shall not be hung on Vessels, walkways, docks, or finger piers in The Marina, nor should any laundry be visible in any way. "for Sale" or "for Hire" signs and any other types of signs shall not be placed where visible on any Vessel.
14. Motorcycles, bicycles, skateboards, and rollerblading shall not be allowed on any docks or piers, and these items must be stored on the Vessel or the assigned area of the parking lot. Dinghies must be berthed within the slip assigned to the Vessel and shall not interfere with the adjoining slip.

15. Please do not place old batteries, waste oil, diesel fuel, or oil/diesel filters into the waste bins or on Marina docks and piers. You can contact the dockmaster's office for information on proper disposal companies and we will make all necessary arrangements to have these items removed and charge your account directly.
16. Do not dispose of fish carcasses in marina waters. Please double-bag and place them in trash receptacles or call marina office for collection and disposal.
17. By choosing to dock your Vessel at the Marina at Atlantis, you agree to abide by the requirements set forth in the following statement: for good and valuable consideration, including the consent granted to me by Paradise Island to dock my Vessel at the Marina at Atlantis, I hereby consent to have my Vessel photographed, filmed, taped or recorded by any other method, which can be used by Atlantis Resort SPE Limited db/a the Marina at Atlantis and its subsidiaries parent and affiliated companies at every tier (collectively "Resort Parties") anywhere, for all time, for all use, including, but not limited to, collateral, advertising, editorial, internet, and retail. I hereby forever release and discharge Brookfield Hotel Properties and each of its respective directors, officers, employees, agents, assigns, and the party for whom said photographs/video/film were taken, from any and all claims, actions, and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of said photographs/video/film, including, without limitation, any and all claims for invasion of privacy and libel.
18. All Vessel owners are held accountable for the defacing of Marina property i.e. electric pedestals, garbage cans, transformer houses, etc., and will be subject to a fine, and the cost of the repair or replacement, to the extent determined required by The Marina management.
It is specifically understood and accepted that the Marina at Atlantis is in no way to be held responsible for any loss or damage to the registered Vessel or equipment thereon, or any inconvenience or loss of income due to any cause and assumes no responsibility for personal injury or death occasioned by any cause whatsoever while said Vessel is docked at the Marina at Atlantis.

PET RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Pets must be supervised at all times and never left unattended.
2. Pets must be on a leash or restrained at all times while on the dock.
3. Owners are 100% responsible for picking up and disposing of their pets' waste in a bag and placed in rubbish bins.
4. Owners are personally responsible and will be held accountable for any and all personal injuries and/or property damage or losses in relation to any actions caused by or because of their pets.
5. The pet owner must agree that the Marina at Atlantis reserves the right to evict any guest whose pet is deemed noisy, disruptive, and aggressive or the subject of the complaint(s) from other guests. It is the pet owner's sole responsibility to control and manage their pet. If in the view of the Marina at Atlantis this has not happened to an acceptable level, the owner and pet may be evicted from The Marina immediately.
6. No marina guest pets allowed to enter Harbourside resort property.
