Friday overnight at Hotel

Saturday morning at Caffeine and Machine The Hill

Drive from C&M to Tuthill Porsche - Saturday.

Tuthill Porsche - Saturday afternoon.

Drive out from Tuthill ending at Hotel - Saturday afternoon/evening.

Evening meal - Saturday night

Saturday overnight at hotel.

Drive from hotel to Boxengasse Megaphonics - Sunday.

The good news is the hotel prices have only gone up £2 per night vs 2025, but to cover the additional private room hire and late bar staff, we will be adding on £5 to the price of the meal on Saturday night to cover the extra costs.

Friday 31st July 2026 - 10 rooms reserved until the end of April – rate for bed and breakfast is:
£112 single occupancy
£121 double or twin occupancy

Saturday 1st August 2026 - 35 rooms reserved until the end of April - rate for dinner, bed and breakfast is:
£166 single occupancy
£202 double or twin occupancy

Saturday Gala meal only (no hotel rooms) = £45 (which includes £5 for private room hire)

Our hotel rooms are provisionally reserved until the end of April so please call up the hotel on 01789 335 960 ASAP to reserve your room(s) now

Saturday Morning

Please arrive at Caffeine and Machine The Hill from 10am. DDK have our usual spot under the trees and up the hill booked.

You will need to book in at C&M yourselves, please go to the following link, please open in new window so you don't lose your booking form. Select 1st August and book into Saturday session.

We will be staying at C&M for lunch before heading off to Tuthill's.

A route will be confirmed and shared via the WhatsApp group nearer to the time, we hope to have an enjoyable drive out for everyone.

We have a private toured booked in once all on site. This is one not to miss!
