  • Strategic and Program Partners Application

  • This form is for organizations looking to partner for the first time with Minneapolis Public Schools (MPS) or organizations with existing partnerships who are planning to expand their programming. 

    Your organization must be:

    • A formal entity (e.g. a 501c3)
    • Offering ongoing programming that takes place during the school day or during out-of-school time/after school
    • Offering programming in collaboration with the District (not a lease holder)
    • Offering programs that take place on MPS property
    • Either paid by MPS or providing free services - families are never charged
    • Serving multiple students (not an individual service provider)
    • Strategically aligned with district priorities and/or needs of individual schools  


    Please note your organization will be required to follow the District compliance guidelines including a legal agreement, insurance, and clearances.
