Tell us about your event.
Describe the event's activities and general schedule. What is the attendee experience like? Which activities are ticketed and which have no admission fee?
What is the approximate number of attendees in prior years?
What attendance growth might be expected this year and beyond?
How is the event funded?
How does the event appeal to visitors from OUTSIDE OF ATHENS? Describe in detail specific offerings or events over multiple days that would appeal to those from 50+ miles outside of Athens and result in overnight stays.

These points will be awarded to events that take place at times of year that Visit Athens and hotels are working to grow occupancy. Currently, winter and summer are higher-need timeframes for hotels.
