Roots Rendezvous 2026

Celebrating 48 Years! Uncle Dave Macon Days presents Roots Rendezvous, a premier bluegrass and roots music festival at Hop Springs.

The Boro Art Crawl is assisting Roots Rendezvous in coordinating artisan applications for this event.

This form is intended for visual artists and handmade work only.

Event Details

Date: Saturday, September 12, 2026

Location: Hop Springs
6790 John Bragg Hwy, Murfreesboro, Tennessee

Event Hours: 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM
Load-In Begins: 7:30 AM

Artists must be fully set up by 9:00 AM. 

Artists will shut down at 6pm. You are welcome to stay and enjoy the festivities or head home.

Important Info

• Artists will only be scheduled for Saturday, September 12.
• This is an outdoor event.
• Artists are allowed to unload up front but will need to move their vehicles to designated vendor parking as quickly as possible (and no later than 9:00am) to be considerate of others unloading.
• All work must be handmade and original.
• Live demonstrations are encouraged.
• Limited refreshments will be available, but please bring water and plan accordingly.

Booth Details

Outdoor booth spaces:

• 10 x 10 - $50
• 10 x 20 - $75

Booth spaces are limited and first come, first served.

Setup begins at 7:30 AM.
Booths must be fully set up by 9:00 AM.

Vendors must provide their own canopy, tables, chairs, and setup materials.
Canopies cannot be staked into the ground.
Each canopy leg must have a minimum of 30 lbs of weight.

This is a rain or shine event.
Booth fees are non-refundable.

-The VENDOR APPLICANT agrees that The Boro Art Crawl, Roots Rendezvous, Hop Springs, and the City of Murfreesboro assumes NO responsibility or liability for any defects or other conditions of the SITES, whether the conditions are known or unknown to either party, and/or discoverable by either party.

-The VENDOR APPLICANT has considered and evaluated the risks, dangers and possibility of injury resulting from the activities described in the vendor permit application and agrees that it knows and understands that foreseeable and unforeseeable injuries could occur from the activities of the event.

-The VENDOR APPLICANT knowingly agrees to assume the risk for any and all defects, dangers and possibility of injury, whether these defects, dangers and possibility of injury are foreseeable by either party, or are known or unknown to either party.

-The VENDOR APPLICANT shall indemnify and hold The Boro Art Crawl, Roots Rendezvous, Hop Springs, and the City of Murfreesboro and its officers, agents and employee’s harmless and free any and all claims or suit including but not limited to personal injury and property damage. This indemnification and hold harmless includes, but is not limited to, the payment of all attorney fees, expenses, costs, judgments and other expenses which may be incurred by The Boro Art Crawl, Roots Rendezvous, Hop Springs, and/or the City of Murfreesboro, its officers, agents or employees as a result of any and all such claims or suits.

By signing this agreement, vendor agrees to comply with all state and local laws and the rules and regulations of The Boro Art Crawl, Roots Rendezvous, Hop Springs, and the City of Murfreesboro.
