This rental includes the use of our mobile cart, along with delivery and pick-up within Chilliwack, Agassiz, Rosedale & Hope. Any inquiries outside of this area will have an additional fee.
Your booking includes your ice cream flavours, the mobile cart for up to 2 hours, waffle cones &/or bowls per person, and Kent’s Ice Cream Co. staff for scooping and service.
Pricing
$5.00 per person + GST (includes ice cream and waffle cone or bowl)
$300 flat rental fee (includes setup, delivery & 2 hours of staff service)
Guest Count & Billing
If additional guests are served beyond your confirmed number, they will be charged at $5 per person. Confirmed guest counts are used as the minimum billing amount. No refunds or reductions will be made if fewer guests are served.
Service Time
Service includes up to 2 hours of scooping time, starting at the agreed scheduled time. Additional service time will be billed at $75 per hour.
Allergies
All ingredients and allergen information is available upon request. While we take care in handling dietary needs, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment without cross contamination.
Travel Boundaries
Services are currently available in Chilliwack, Agassiz, Rosedale and Hope. Service outside this area may be available upon request & subject to an additional travel fee.
Weather
For outdoor events, the client is responsible for providing adequate weather protection (tent/covered area if needed). Service may be adjusted or paused in unsafe weather conditions at our discretion.
Deposit & Cancellation
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to the event.
Cancellations must be received in writing at least 14 days prior to the scheduled event for a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Payment
You will receive an invoice via email with a secure link to complete payment.
