We request that you create a one to two-minute video touching on the following information and questions:

- Where did you go to school, and what is your degree in? Also, list your credentials, if applicable.
- What do you do in your job?
- Why do you love your job?
For the sake of consistency between videos, we also ask that you record your video on Teams, Zoom, WebEx, etc., using the CD Teams video background found at the link below. Please join a video call with just yourself and hit record. Once you are finished, please upload the file below.
