Before you register
If you are registering for yourself or several people within a business or an organization, you will need to know the following information for each person you register:
- Name
- Email
- Morning Breakout Session choice
- Afternoon Breakout Session choice
- Dietary Restrictions
- Whether they will be attending the reception at 4:00 pm

If you are considering purchasing a sponsorship in the following categories ( Premier, Gold, Silver, Bronze Sponsors ), you will need the above information, as well as Booth Attendee Information for two people, plus any additional Booth Attendees you require. The details include:
- Name
- Email
- Dietary Restrictions
- Whether they will be attending the reception at 4:00 pm
- Whether you require Electricity for your Booth
Booth Rental Information:
Booths cost – $575
Includes: (2 booth attendees, table, 2 chairs, draped)
Extra
Booth Electrical – $105
Additional Booth Attendee – $75
