  • Vendor Selection - The Big Picture

Based on feedback from Brewers, we are looking closely at the number of sites selling spirit based cocktails and slushies.

We aim for the following festival split in terms of vendor type:
    30% Food
    60% Beer + Non Spirits
    10% Spirits

Criteria we lean on to help with selection

As we are so privileged to be such a sought after event for vendors and spaces are limited, we consider the following (big picture) critera for the festival

    • With Dunedin in the name, we look to host at least 30% of vendors from the Otago reigon.
    • We want to avoid duplicates or similar offerings.
    • We celebrate diversity in product, style and cuisines.
    • We work hard host a balance of names and brands people know and love, along with brands theyll be experiencing for the first time.
    • Prioritize Foodies with fun festival menus and smaller portion sizes so people can try more things.
    • Host vendors who love to bring a unique experience to the festival.
