- Unlisted YouTube link to a recent video recording of the student performing a solo piece that best represents their current technical and musical abilities.
- Two letters of recommendation - one from your private teacher and one from your ensemble teacher.
- Student statement (see prompts below)

This festival gives you an opportunity to contribute to a group of musicians who are building a performance together. When you work in a group setting, what are you best at doing? Example: 'I'm good at keeping people focused,' or 'I am best at reminding everyone what we're supposed to be working on,' or 'I always show up with a good attitude.*

I am willing to practice my music thoroughly ahead of the festival, complete assignments from your instructors, and participate fully in all rehearsals, performances, and activities.
