My image, likeness, voice, and performance may be captured and used in various forms of media. These materials may be used for marketing, advertising, promotional, and commercial purposes, including but not limited to: Social media platforms, websites and digital campaigns, local and national television advertising, print materials (flyers, posters, brochures, etc.), internal and external communications. I agree that: I waive any right to inspect or approve the final media content. I waive any right to compensation, royalties, or payment related to the use of such media. All photos, videos, and recordings are the sole property of the Company. I release and hold harmless the Company from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of such media, including any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or right of publicity.
