Due to overwhelming demand, we have officially reached our limit of 200 trial sign-ups for our HYROX Training Club, launching June 15th, 2026.

📸 PHOTO, VIDEO & MEDIA RELEASE WAIVER By signing below, I hereby grant Gold’s Gym Middletown, Parisi Speed School, and their affiliates, partners, and representatives (collectively, “the Company”) the unrestricted right and permission to photograph, film, and record me during HYROX training classes, open workouts, and any related activities or events. I understand and acknowledge that: Photography and video recording may occur at any time, with or without prior notice. My image, likeness, voice, and performance may be captured and used in various forms of media. These materials may be used for marketing, advertising, promotional, and commercial purposes, including but not limited to: Social media platforms, websites and digital campaigns, local and national television advertising, print materials (flyers, posters, brochures, etc.), internal and external communications. I agree that: I waive any right to inspect or approve the final media content. I waive any right to compensation, royalties, or payment related to the use of such media. All photos, videos, and recordings are the sole property of the Company. I release and hold harmless the Company from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of such media, including any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or right of publicity.
