    Personal data will be processed by Museum Sydøstdanmark, Center Rog, IKPI, and FREN for application evaluation, project administration, and Creative Europe reporting purposes in accordance with applicable data protection law. Data will be stored securely and retained only as required by EU regulations.

    Applicants retain ownership of their submitted work but grant the organisers and project partners a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use submitted materials for evaluation, communication, promotion, and reporting related to the project, with appropriate credit.

    Submissions must be original and must not infringe third-party rights. Applicants are responsible for securing all necessary permissions for any third-party content included.

    Selected participants agree to participate in all three Creative Glass Labs (Fensmark, Ljubljana, Paraćin) within the programme period (August–November 2026), to engage actively in all activities, and to deliver a final glass work by the end of 2026.

    Participation may be documented and used by the organisers for communication, promotion, and archival purposes. Submissions must comply with applicable ethical and content standards.
