Vendor Agreement Terms
SETUP & SPACE POLICY
Vendors must arrive 1–2 hours prior to the event start time for setup.
Vendor spaces are not assigned and are first come, first served based on arrival time and event layout.
Late arrival may result in limited placement or inability to set up without refund.
Vendors must be fully set up before the event begins and provide their own equipment (tables, tents, chairs, power, etc.).
VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Vendors agree to operate in a safe, clean, and professional manner at all times.
Vendors are responsible for all equipment, staffing, permits, and licenses required by law.
Vendors must follow all venue rules and local regulations.
Vendors are responsible for cleaning their space and removing all trash after the event.
Vendors must remain open during event hours unless approved by the Organizer.
ORGANIZER RESPONSIBILITIES
The Organizer will provide vendor space and access to the event.
The Organizer will make reasonable efforts to maintain a safe and organized environment.
PAYMENT
Vendor space is only secured once full payment is received.
Vendor Fee and payment details will be provided separately or within the event listing.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If the Organizer cancels the event, a full refund will be issued.
If the Vendor cancels 7 days or more before the event, a full refund will be issued.
If the Vendor cancels less than 7 days before the event, no refund will be issued, but a credit may be applied toward a future event.
No-call / no-show vendors will not receive a refund or credit.
In cases of weather or circumstances beyond control, the Organizer is not liable. Credits or rescheduling may be offered.
LIABILITY
The Vendor agrees to hold harmless EMG Events and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from participation in the event.
