We are pleased to offer complimentary second opinion consultations for patients who present a copy of their surgical treatment plan from another practice! Radiographic images are not included, if your patient has radiographs from another office please have them bring them with to their consultation.

Note: In urgent cases when patients are requesting same-day treatment with intravenous (IV) sedation, they must abstain from all food and liquid (including water) for eight hours prior to their scheduled appointment time. All daily medications should be taken at their scheduled times with small sips of water. These patients must arrange for a relative or friend to accompany them.
