Note: Patients who would like same-day treatment with the use of IV sedation should abstain from all food and liquid (including water) for eight (8) hours prior to their scheduled appointment time. Any daily medications that are to be taken by patient should be taken at their scheduled times. Patients who desire sedation should arrange for a relative or friends to accompany them to the office and home after treatment. If patients are taking weight loss medications they may need to abstain for longer and should call our office for instructions. 

 

We are pleased to offer complimentary second opinion consultations for patients who present a copy of their treatment plan from another oral surgery or periodontal office! Radiographic images are not included, if your patient has radiographs from another office please have them bring them with to their consultation.
