Refund Policy & Agreements
REFUND POLICY/AGREEMENTS
There is an annual $35 Registration Fee for each FAMILY applied to the first Student Registration of the school year. This does not apply to Free Programs, Demo Classes or Open Houses.
2026/27 SCHOOL YEAR REFUND POLICY

Withdraw MORE THAN ONE WEEK in advance of first class:

Full Tuition Refund

Withdraw LESS THAN ONE WEEK in advance of first class:

Tuition Refund less a $35 cancellation fee

Withdraw LESS THAN 24 HOURS in advance of the first class:

Tuition Credit placed on file less a $35 cancellation fee.
Registration Fees & Reduced Scholarship Tuitions are nonrefundable. Registrations are transferable within a family provided there is space. No refunds are issued once a class, session, or event begins.

No refund or credit is provided for missed classes that are part of a session, whether missed due to:

Scheduling conflicts
Weather related cancellations
Illness or other unforeseen circumstances
There are no makeup classes .

Some purchases may be defined as nonrefundable in advance.

Your participation approves that we occasionally feature our students in promotional & celebratory images.

If for any reason in person learning is not possible a virtual alternative will be substituted instead of a credit.

Payment & Submit

Payment is due in full. If Credits or Discounts apply an Invoice will be emailed to you for payment.
