  • When would you like your Sozo?

  • We do not charge for our time and service but we ask that you help to build and support this ministry, and help train our team members, with a love gift/donation. We suggest £20 - £40 per visit, if you are able. Any financial contribution you make will be very much appreciated. Donations can be given in cash or via our online form at https://clcsthelens.org.uk/sozo/donate.

  • PRE-MINISTRY AGREEMENT

  • acknowledge that team members of the Bethel Sozo Ministry* of St Helens Christian Life Centre (CLC) have voluntarily agreed to pray for me. I understand that the Bethel Sozo Ministry of CLC is staffed by volunteers who are fully trained to facilitate this ministry which is endorsed and overseen by the leadership at CLC. The team members are not trained or licensed professionals of counselling, psychological therapy or medical services. I undertake that if I am currently taking medication, I will allow my medical doctor to confirm any results of prayer received before altering any prescribed course ofmedication.

    I further state that I have voluntarily sought assistance and that I am under no obligation to accept any of the advice or help that I might receive from the team members of this ministry. I understand that these team members are, to the best of their ability, doing what they can to help me achieve more freedom in my life.

  • I understand that the team members are committed to keeping all information I disclose confidential and the only people who will see limited information about my Sozo will be Christian Life Centre Bethel Sozo leadership and in rare cases where appropriate boundaries for my personal and spiritual growth are needed, Christian Life Centre senior leaders or my church leaders. I also understand that Christian Life Centre St Helens reports abuse of children and vulnerable adults and any concerns about your own or others safety to the proper authorities.

  • I understand that while there are usually two team members facilitating a ministry session, sometimes there is a third person who is being trained to be fully accredited and is observing and praying. This person is bound by exactly the same confidentiality requirements as the rest of the team.

  • By signing this form, you are acknowledging that your data will be held securely as per the St Helens CLC Privacy Policy (available here: https://clcsthelens.org.uk/privacy) and will only be used in connection with the SOZO ministry.
  • Although there is no charge for our time and services, we do ask that you consider a love donation of £20 - £40 per visit as on-going training and other costs are met by these gifts. Your contributions to this ministry are important and very much appreciated.
  • *The Sozo ministry you will receive is modelled on the Sozo Ministry of the Transformation Center at Bethel Church, Redding CA, USA (www.ibethel.org).
